The Easy Breezy calculator will make it ‘easy peasy’ for you to work out your air conditioning requirements. note:
For a portable air conditioning unit to work your rooms must have either:
• The room to contain the unit should have windows that are able to open at least 6 inches.  OR
• Room should have a suspended ceiling with a ceiling void of at least 16 inches.  OR
•
Another escape for the exhaust air through a condenser box or a hose.

Window units are only suitable if the walls are no  thicker than 9 inches.

For a cassette unit we require only a 25cm false ceiling (suspended ceiling) for installation.
